I just got back from a wonderful trip to the Anand Bhavan Museum in Prayagraj, Utter Pradesh State, India.The Nehru family used to live in this historic gem, which was an important part of India's fight for freedom.
Anand Bhavan is right in the middle of Prayagraj, which used to be Allahabad. Histories: The museum has things that were important to the Indian freedom movement. It was designed by Motilal Nehru, who was a famous politician and leader.
This two-story house was not only a home, but also a place where political activists and rebel leaders met.
It's easy to get there by taxi, autorickshaw, or public transportation.
